I am a proud South African with 19 years of corporate experience in HR, having worked in Education, Broadcasting & Entertainment and Recruitment. Since 2016, I have been the Director of a Human Capital Consultancy and in 2020, I became a partner in a Recruitment and Coaching Company
I am a Mother, a Wife, a Daughter, a Sister, a Director, a Coach, a Consultant, an Entrepreneur but most of all a juggler who has found a way to keep all the balls in the air
Achievements
I have a B.Comm (Industrial Psychology and Business Management), a Diploma in HR and Training, and I completed a B-BBEE Management Development
Program.
I am also a certified Coach, Enneagram Coach, Training Assessor & Moderator and a Skills Development Facilitator.
I am currently completing my Master Coach Certification.
My Goals
My vision is to Make an Infinite Difference, one life at a time.
I am passionate about Transition Coaching - working with people going through major transitions, such as the first 30 days after changing careers, moving from an employee to manager or dealing with a divorce or becoming a new parent.
I enjoy helping graduates and school leavers to think beyond traditional employment, to help them find their passion and purpose and guide them to the best version of themselves
I want to assist victims of GBV, find their voice again and come back stronger
